STEPFATHER II (1989)

O'Quinn, the psycho stepfather from Part 1, escapes from a mental institution and finds a new family to terrorize. In keeping with the insane brilliance of the character, he artificially makes himself bald by pulling individual hairs out his scalp, so that when he's in the outside world no one will recognize him.
He hooks up with single mother Foster and it's easy to predict the rest. No masterpiece, but worth catching. A totally unwatchable sequel (sans O'Quinn) followed.
