Liberal doses of sex and violence highlight this Filipino-lensed collaboration between director Romero and former AIP teen star Ashley.
Ashley returns to Blood Island (location of the previous year's "Brides of Blood") to investigate the whereabouts of his companion's (Angelique Pettyjohn) father. They discover that the resident mad doctor has tragically turned him into a monster that kills nude women on the island.
Pettyjohn, who later went onto star in porn films (and once had a brief role in an original "Star Trek" episode) gets nude too.
