Weak follow-up to the gruesome "Maniac" has Spinnell once again playing a homicidal nutcase. This time he's stalking a scream queen (Munro) at the Cannes Film Festival. Pretty funny performance by Spinnell, but overall this is a lame movie. Out of print and largely forgotten, it does exist in the rental libraries of some old video stores.
