Pretty weak flick with Oliviero as an all-night cab driver who happens to be a vampire. He only kills people who are on the verge of death anyway: His first victim is a woman who tried to kill herself. Dull. So not to be confused with the Stephen King film of the same name, this flick eventually changed its monicker to "Central Park Drifter" when it hit DVD around the year 2001.
