The big disappointment with this film is that co-star Michelle Johnson (the hot babe who took off her clothes in the Michael Caine comedy "Blame It on Rio) remains fully covered throughout this weak picture from the director of "Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth."
Some college kids decide to attend the midnight opening of a new wax museum. Only problem is the wax statues of famous monsters such as Dracula and Frankenstein come to life to battle them. An attempt to cash in the craze for humorous horror spawned by "Re-Animator" and "Return of the Liviing Dead," it's ultimately a weak flick. Skip.
An more interesting sequel was made, with Drew Barrymore making a guest appearance in that pic, also directed by Hickox. Bruce Campbell starred in that one.
