'Midnight Meat Train' Gets Tiny Release

June 12, 2008 Online sources are saying that "Midnight Meat Train" will only play in 100 theaters nationwide when it comes out on August 1. Meanwhile, it will likely head to DVD shortly thereafter -- probably October.

The film was directed by Ryuhei Kitamura and is based on a Clive Barker story from "Books of Blood". It stars Bradley Cooper and Brooke Shields. "Midnight Meat Train" follows a NYC photographer who attempts to track down a serial killer dubbed the "Subway Butcher" and discovers more than he bargained for under the city streets.
