A not completely forgotten horror show from the 1980s, "Friday the 13th" had the monicker of the classic slasher film series, but little else to do with it. The series was about a group of folks who track down cursed antique objects. An Amazon page, without a release date, has been posted here. The series ran 1987-90.

The show's producer, Frank Mancuso Jr., was producer of the movie series from Friday the 13th Part 2 (1981) until the final Paramount film (Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan in 1989, a year before the TV series ended). The serie's star, John D. LeMay, also went on to star in "Jason Goes To Hell: The Final Friday".
NBC Universal's horror-themed cable channel Chiller, which launched on March 1, 2007, airs the series weekdays at 8AM and 3PM Eastern. During a viewers' choice marathon on October 7, 2007, "Scarecrow" was voted most popular episode. The top five episodes were rebroadcast on Election Day, November 6, 2007.
The show is ranked 16th on the unreleased list on tvshowsondvd.com. It looks like it's unreleased status is about to change.
