Pan's Labyrinth Heads to HD DVD and Blu-Ray

October 5, 2007 The Day After Christmas is one to look forward to if you own a Blu-Ray or, especially, an HD-DVD player, given the lack of horror content on HD-DVD. Guillermo del Toro's masterpiece, "Pan's Labyrinth," will hit both formats on that day courtesy of New Line.

The high-def editions will feature picture-in-picture video commentary with cast and crew. Other features are video prologue and audio commentary by Del Toro, two featurettes, an interactive "Director's Notebook," extensive storyboard and still galleries, an excerpt from the "Charlie Rose Show" with Del Toro, and a Marketing Campaign gallery with trailers and other ad materials.
