The Envelope Please ... Fan Pick for Best Horror Movie of 2007   

February 24, 2008 While the Oscar Awards are being announced tonight, we're having our own Os-gore Awards here at ESplatter.com. Yes, we finally counted the hundreds upon hundreds of responses we received for our "Best of 2007" horror movie survey -- and we have a winner!

Horror movie fans have voted Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez's "Grindhouse" Best Movie of 2007. A survey of horror fans conducted by ESplatter.com asked for their listing of Top 10 titles.

A title that was ranked Number One of the Year was given 10 points, second best of the year received nine points, and so on.

The title with the most points was "Grindhouse."



Second plance honors went to Frank Darabont's "The Mist."

Third place went to "28 Weeks Later."
