'My Name Is Bruce' Will Hit Screens in 2008    Share

February 20, 2008 Image Entertainment and Dark Horse Indie are going to release "My Name Is Bruce" to theaters -- or at least DVD shelves -- this year!

Bruce Campbell, who directed and starred in the horror comedy about himself, told Fangoria the film is set to "hit theaters and/or small screens this year, without question."

“Image Entertainment liked the first cut they saw and were interested in some enhancements—both a few new scenes and an upgrade of the visual effects, allowing us to go theatrical, which is something they will be weighing after we screen the completed film for them within the next two weeks.”

"My Name Is Bruce" also stars Janelle Farber and Dan Hicks.
