January 21, 2008 It's a light week for horror releases to DVD. The one major release is "Saw IV." The complete first season of the TV series "Swamp Thing" is also hitting stores.



Also hitting streets is what looks like a direct-to-DVD anser to "One Missed Call": "When Evil Calls".



As for the "Swamp Thing" series, I haven't seen it. But fans of Wes Craven's original movie might enjoy as it features the same actor, Dick Durock, playing the Swamp Thing character. The original Berni Wrightson comic books were certainly excellent.
