'Suspiria' Remake to Begin Shooting in 2010

September 8, 2009 This little news nugget appeared at the bottom of an article about Italian director Luca Guadagnino.

Guadagnino also said plans are on track for his First Sun shingle to produce the long-in-gestation remake of Dario Argento's 1977 cult hit "Suspiria." It will be helmed by David Gordon Green with a 2010 shooting date.

No word on whether Natalie Portman is still going to star.
