'Dead Snow' Gets Picked Up    Share

January 23, 2009 One of a handful of horror titles playing Sundance this year, the Nazi zombie film "Dead Snow" has officially been picked up for distribution.

IFC Films picked up the film for theatrical and DVD release in the U.S. Meanwhile, the film already has had its rights sold for distribution in the UK, Canada and Germany, according to IndieWire.

In "Dead Snow," a group of eight friends drives to a cabin in northern Norway where German troops where slaughtered by angry locals living there in 1945. Now the undead zombie Nazi soldiers feast on whoever comes there way.
