Giant 'Saw 3' Auction Hits eBay

January 18, 2007 -- A huge, official auction of props and other items from the film 'Saw 3' is due to hit eBay. The Saw 3 movie auction showcases the killer props, wardrobe and autographs from the hit franchise. The online sale at www.collectsaw.com coincides with the release of the Saw 3 DVD on January 23.

“The best of the auction is coming over the next month,” says John Raybin of Raybin Management, LLC, which is managing the eBay auction. The Saw and Saw 2 auctions were overwhelmingly popular with movie fans around the world. The Saw 3 auction continues its stellar online offering of items from the blockbuster Saw franchise.

“The Saw movie auctions are a major success because of our loyal fans and the superb auction team at Raybin Management,” said Mark Burg and Oren Koules, producers of the Saw movies and principals of Twisted Pictures.

The incredible response to the Saw Auctions is just one more milestone for the Twisted Pictures/Lions Gate distributed Saw movies that cost a combined $14 million to make and to date have theatrically grossed more than $400 million worldwide.

Records Ripped by 'Saw III'; 'Saw IV' Planned for Oct. 26, 2007

October 30, 2006 -- "Saw III" made an estimated $34.3 million over the weekend, out-grossing "Saw II"'s $31.7 million As noted by Box Office Mojo: "'Saw II' wound up with $87 million, while the first movie started with $18.3 million on its way to $55.2 million. In recent years, the only other horror franchise to deliver progressively higher openings has been 'Final Destination.'" Lion's Gate plans to release "Saw IV" on October 26, 2007.

'Saw III' Poster Printed in Actor's Own Blood

October 10, 2006 -- In a publicity stunt that should have an actor's union somewhere up in arms, Lion's Gate has printed a poster for "Saw III" in an actor's blood! AOL Moviefone just released the final poster for the film, which was painted in the blood of Tobin Bell, the actor who plays Jigsaw (mixed with red paint). Second Teaser Up for 'Saw III'

Sept. 18, 2006 -- The second teaser trailer is up for 'Saw III' View it right here. "Saw III" is hitting theaters Oct. 27 and, according to IMDB, it runs at a whopping 120-minute plus running time. "Saw II" director Darren Lynn Bousman is back at the director's helm again.
